Sassy Sandwich

There is something about a delicious sandwich that warms my belly. In the last couple weeks I have been working on cutting out carbs, but a cheat day to allow a delicious sandwich is something I will never be able to give up. Supernatural Sandwiches provides everything you could want in a sandwich, and more. Their headline/slogan is sea to sandwich, and you truly taste it! Fresh sandwiches, made to order, melt in your mouth delicious.

The location recently got a fancy upgrade, which always means a place is doing well. They are located in Miramar (right near Saint Archer Brewing for all you beer lovers. Their menu is a sight of true love, ranging from a Shrimp and bacon grilled cheese to a Korean BBQ steak melt. The most popular sandwich, and the sandwich to land them articles in many recent newspapers and magazines is The Siren. Packed with spicy shrimp, garlic, tomatoes, garlic aioli, mixed greens, Pecornio Romano and a fiery necromancer sauce, this sandwich provides an absolute explosion in your mouth. This is pictured below, minus the lettuce and tomato!

Don't be fooled - if you are trying to be healthy and you still want to try this place, you can have any sandwich on top of a bed of rice or mixed greens as a salad. You can also add Bacon, Avocado or a fried egg on top if you are feeling adventurous. I was also lucky enough to try their scallop bacon chowder, which was delicious. Be advised if you do not like thick creamy soup, as this is thick and creamy, but delicious. I shared with 2 other people, and the taste was just enough for me.

I hope that as they continue to grow and get more popular, their taste does not change, but for now, it is as delicious as can be.
